Kingz Kimonos offers FREE SHIPPING in Japan on all orders over ￥15.000 and ￥830 Flat Rate Shipping (Excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa Islands) on orders under ￥15.000. *For Hokkaido and Okinawa Islands ￥1.760.
Deliveries within Japanese territory take from 2-3 business days.
We do not process or ship any parcels during the weekend or national holidays. Orders placed during those days will be handled on the next business day
Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to us. If you'd like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. If we don't hear from you again, we treat the order as cancelled and refund the money minus the all shipping and return costs.
In the event that a product cannot be delivered due to the customer’s circumstances and is returned to our company, all shipping and return costs, including any applicable fees, shall be borne by the customer.Such costs will be deducted from the refund amount at the time the refund is processed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Conditions: Returned items that are crumpled and not folded correctly, do not have tags, or packaging will be subject to a minimum restocking fee. The item will not be accepted as a return if it is in poor condition, dirty, washed, or worn. Restocking fees will not be charged for items returned in original condition. Refunds will not be issued until the item has been received and deemed resalable.
Deadline: Within one week after arrival of the product.
Return shipping: We will cover the return postage fee as long as the product is defective. In other cases, the customer is responsible for the expenses.
We do not refund shipping costs.Even though shipping cost ¥0, if you return the product the amount of ¥830/¥1760(Hokkaido and Okinawa Islands) will be deducted.
返品ポリシーに関する重要事項
タグやパッケージ（付属品を含む）がない場合、または商品がシワのある状態や正しく畳まれていない状態で返送された場合は、最低限の再入荷手数料を頂戴いたします。
以下の場合は返品をお受けできません：
・汚れや破損がある場合
・使用済みまたは洗濯済みの場合
返金またはストアクレジットは、返品商品が当社に到着し、再販売可能と判断された後に処理されます。
期限：商品到着後1週間以内
返品送料：商品の不良・不備の場合に限り、返品送料は弊社負担といたします。その他の場合は、お客様のご負担にてお願いいたします。
送料は返金対象外となります。送料が0円の場合でも、商品を返品された際には、830円／1,760円（北海道・沖縄・離島）の送料を差し引かせていただきます。
お客様都合による受取拒否・長期不在等により返送された商品について
お客様のご都合により商品をお受け取りいただけず、商品が弊社へ返送された場合、発送および返送にかかるすべての送料・手数料はお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。
なお、これらの費用は返金処理の際に返金額より差し引かせていただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
