全国一律送料 830円 【15.000円以上お買い上げ 送料 無料】
代金引換手数料は一律330円です。
代金着払いとなります。商品をお受取りの時、配達ドライバーに代金をお支払い下さい。
送料以外に代引き手数料330円が別途必要です。
Kingz Kimonos offers FREE SHIPPING in Japan on all orders over ￥15.000 and ￥830 Flat Rate Shipping on orders under ￥15.000. International shipping cost varies according to the weight and destination of your order. As of this moment, we can not ship any goods outside of Japan. Deliveries within Japanese territory take from 2-3 business days.
We do not process or ship any parcels during the weekend or national holidays. Orders placed during those days will be handled on the next business day
If you choose to pay in delivery, 330JPY extra handling fee will be charged.
REJECTED/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to us. If you'd like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. If we don't hear from you again, we treat the order as cancelled and refund the money minus the initial shipping cost.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Conditions: Limited to unused or unwashed goods.
Deadline: Within one week after arrival of the product.
Return shipping: We will cover the return postage fee as long as the product is defective. In other cases, the customer is responsible for the expenses.
We do not refund shipping costs.

返品送料：商品の不良、不備に限り返品送料は弊社で負担します。そのほかの場合お客様負担にてお願い致します。
送料は返金いたしません。
